  Cane sugar is sugar from sugar cane not from sugar beets. 

It is estimated that 95% of sugar beets are genetically modified. 

Currently, all sugar cane produced in the US is considered non-GMO. 

Many prefer the flavor profile of cane sugar over beet sugar.

 *  Polysorbate 80 is an emulsifier used in pharmaceuticals, food, and  cosmetics

*  Mono and Diglycerides are typically based on oils and fats found in nature

 and are used as an emulsifier and stabilizer

Carrageenan is derived from red seaweed and used as a thickener and

emulsifier

* Cellulose Gum is produced from the structural parts of certain plants 

and is used to stabilize and thicken


*  Dipotassium Phosphate is a water-soluble salt which contains potassium and phosphate. 

In food it is used for emulsifying and for antioxidation
